THE RESTAURANT
Emy's Way, a typical Ligurian eatery, appears like a small gem nestled in the rock. The entrance to the restaurant, entirely in stone, is located in a corner of a local street dominated by a characteristic, slightly crooked arch. The outdoor space of the restaurant, with tables and chairs, takes centre stage in its Ligurian charm, creating an almost theatrical scene set in Monterosso, the pulsating heart of the enchanting Cinque Terre.

Ligurian dishes, from appetisers to fried foods.
Guests at this charming restaurant can delight their palates starting with bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and pesto, and platters with burrata, continuing with the typical trofie al pesto or the exquisite and unmissable pansotti in walnut sauce.
There is also a wide selection for pizza lovers: Marinara, Margherita, pesto and cherry tomatoes, as well as white pizzas and vegan pizzas, all made with high-quality ingredients (mozzarella from Caseificio Esposito and Mutti tomato pulp).
